Note: the map piece required to unlock the Extinct Sea region of the map is made in Greenday. If you have not completed and settled Croonty & Mountain Tunnel (thus opening up the mountain tunnel shortcut), you will need to travel up to the Golden Canyon area before going down to the Extinct Sea region.
